• This is free..
• I will negotiate on your behalf to obtain the house you want at the price you want. You simply have to tell me the house that you are looking to buy and I will contact the Agent to arrange a viewing. If you want to make an offer, I will negotiate on your behalf. You won't need to talk to the Listing Agent at all, so you can forget about any pressure on you to increase the price.
• I can do this for free as I will arrange a share of commission from the listing agent which is paid for by the Vendor of the home.

Other Services

• I will also organise a LIM, inspect the Council Property file at the Council and arrange a Solicitor to carry out the purchase if you want. A fee is payable for this service, however it will be refunded to you on the successful purchase of a property through RentalHomes.
