We will send the required documentation as soon as the tenant gets behind in the rent. In the worst case scenario we will apply to the Tenancy Tribunal to have the tenant evicted.

We will send written notice to the tenant that the property is on the market for sale. We will then arrange access with the tenant for Open days and showing buyers through on other days. When you receive an unconditional sale, then tenant is given 42 days to vacate.

42 days written notice is required.

90 days written notice is required, but only if the tenant is on a periodic term.

You can cancel any time without any penalty fees.

Depending on the situation, we will recommend you take up a Landlord's Insurance Policy to cover this event. If you don't, we will recommend that you inform your current insurance company that the property is tenanted and to make sure your flooring and curtains are included in your cover.
Worse case scenario, we will attempt to obtain a Tribunal Order, but this is the worse case scenario.
